PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE REQUESTINGGENERAL
• I have the right to reject any client, commission or request for any reason.PAYMENTS
• The client MUST make full payment upfront.
• Depending on the request, additional fees may be placed.REVISIONS
• Revisions can be made during the sketch and flat-colour phases.
• After that, the only revisions that can be made are colour changes and small details.
• Any large detail changes after the flat-colour phase will be charged.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• I will immediately alert the client if any personal circumstances stop me from completing the work within the time frame.
• If a specific deadline is required by the client, they must make this known to me. If the deadline is shorter than a week, a 50% rush fee will be applied.USE
• You cannot alter my work or hire third-parties to alter my work unless permission is explicitly given by me.
• My work is for personal use only, unless discussed prior. If the work is to be used in a commercial manner, this will be discussed and charges will be applied.
• You may post my work online or use as profile pictures/banners provided proper credit is given. I would prefer credit to be in the form of my VGen, Twitter or Tumblr link.
• My artwork is STRICTLY not to be used in blockchains, non-fungible tokens, or for AI purposes.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• As the artist, I can post any finished artworks to my socials, or used in my portfolio (unless requested otherwise by the client).
• Clients are NOT allowed to redistribute, claim, copy or edit the final product(s).
• Clients are NOT allowed to make revenue from the illustration(s) unless it has been discussed prior with the artist.REFUNDS
• Refunds of any kind will not be available once the sketch has been approved.
• Refunds will ONLY be provided if I am unable to continue your request past the sketch phase or if the request has not been delivered by the guaranteed delivery date within the commission proposal.COMMUNICATION
